This fee INCLUDES all expenses such as staff salaries, transportation, accommodations, meals, expert fees, telephone/office expenses, etc.   The fee we quote is the only payment you make to Young Adjustment Company.  This way, you know exactly what you have to pay without the uncertainty of 'fee plus expenses' contracts that some other companies offer.

When you consider the complete Insurance Claims Service that Young Adjustment provides - our fees are extremely reasonable and among the lowest in the industry. Past experience shows that our fee is normally only a fraction of the additional payment you receive by having an expert manage your insurance claim.

How can I get started?

There are two ways to work with Young Adjustment Company:

1. Contact Young Adjustment after you sustain damage: Just call 787-721-8450 and we'll send an account manager to meet with you and sign a contract as soon as your local airport opens and the authorities allow non-residents to fly to your destination.

2. Become a Priority Service Subscriber: Since we know that hurricanes are a threat year after year - Young Adjustment has developed a unique program for Caribbean clients. Once you subscribe and provide Young Adjustment with a copy of your insurance policy, Young Adjustment will:

  • Review your policy and advise if changes to coverage are appropriate.

  • Keep a copy of your policy in a secure location (in case your offices/files are damaged or inaccessible).

  • Monitor storms as they develop and threaten your area.

  • If a hurricane strikes your destination - we'll have everything ready to start work on your claim.

  • As soon as you notify us by email, fax, telephone or local representative (where available) - we'll determine a preliminary 'scope of recovery' and prepare a contract for you to sign.

  • Once the contract is signed, Young Adjustment will assemble our team of experts to fly to your destination as soon as appropriate. We pay all travel and expenses - so you have no 'up front' costs to worry about.

  • You will be assigned an account manager who will notify your insurance company that you are represented by a team of experts from one of the largest independently owned and operated public adjusting firms in North America and a pioneer within the industry.

  • You will then have access to the most complete and experienced staff of adjusters, attorneys, accountants, inventory personnel and engineers with the skills necessary to properly handle and settle your claim fast.  You only pay Young Adjustment after you receive your payment.
